
In June of 2010, I downloaded a demo copy of ZBrush, a digital 3D sculpting application. So I decided to explore the program by making a 3D model of my dad. I took numerous photo references of my Dad's head from all angles and dived into digital sculpting. It took me a while to get used to the workflow in the application, but soon began to see positive results. I was happy with the final sculpture and exported the finished sculpture into Maya to explore rendering techniques.
