Under Pressure

This piece was one of the most intense paintings I have ever done. It was the first painting that I recorded as I painted. I did the whole painting in one 8 Hour sitting and was exhausted at the end of it. Saying all of that it was a real challenge and well worth it.

I found the photograph from the Transformers promotional library and knew it would make a great digital painting. My favourite areas are the lips, eyes and the stray hair strands on the top of Megan's head.
